The Hyperwave Collaborative Information Management (CIM) platform allows you to efficiently implement all requirements for Records Management or Document Life Cycle Management.

Electronic information (e-mails, account receipts, correspondence, etc.) as well as physical documents are ordered into standardized classifications and are made available for all business processes, starting from the creation through to permanent destroying or archiving of documents. Using a standard filing structure and keyword catalogs, companies can ensure that they adhere to both internal and external regulations, and also legal requirements for the management of records (e.g., UK National Archives 2002, US Department of Defense Directive 5015.2). The system also documents each incident when archived data is accessed or modified.
