Document Management

The Hyperwave Document Management System (DMS) is a component of the Hyperwave Collaborative Information Management (CIM) Platform. It contains all the classic document management functionality such as scanning, version control, keyword search, version control, checking in/out of documents, access control and archiving of information, and in addition, offers a completely browser-based user interface.

The interface layout and system functionality can be customized according to each organization's needs. Moreover, the complete functionality of the Microsoft® Windows™ interface has been integrated, so that users can edit and publish documents in the environment that they are used to. Users can access information by navigating through a document hierarchy or they can use the integrated full text search, which recognizes more than 200 different data formats.
